Who I am

My path to becoming a CRM practitioner was not a straight line. It wound its way through dealing with the effects of developmental trauma, depression, addiction, and chronic disease. Throughout that winding path I’ve found bits and pieces of healing modalities that were helpful, but limited. Finding the Comprehensive Resource Model was what put it all together and felt like coming home.

It is imperative that therapists, especially trauma therapists, engage in their own healing work. I understand the effect a therapist’s unhealed material can have on clients and I am committed to doing my own personal therapy and work with a CRM therapist.
